Single Facer Paper Corrugating Machine
ACME has gained the reputation as one of the market leaders with its production lines which include advanced single facer corrugating machinery. The high quality of products of ACME is value added. It combines the strength of corrugated board with offset printing quality. This corrugated board machinery is one of the important units of the plant and it is sturdy in construction. The facer is provided with reel stands with unwinding shafts that facilitate feeding of plain paper to the single facer and double baker unit. Bakers control web of the paper. Furthermore, take up units are also attached with single facer that are equipped with belts. These belts carry the single facer corrugated board on the overhead bridge.

Double Baker Board Cutting Corrugated Machine
We design & develop new-generation double bakers that are attached with sixteen hot plates & cooling units. The function of the hot plates is to dry the glue spread on the corrugated board. On the other hand, cooling units are also attached with rollers that press the board & provide it the required finish. The felts that are present in the machinery can be moved from the surface of the hot plates while drying. This enhances the durability & functionality of the felts.

Duplex Cutoff Board Cutting Machine
We manufacture duplex cutoffs that are applicable for cutting the corrugated board in varied sizes. The buyer can adjust the cutting length / size as per requirement. The flexibility of determining the cutting length is controlled by a gear box called PIV Gear Box. This ensures exact cutting size & meets accurate requirement. The boards once cut are transferred to the required unit through conveyor belts that are provided with the duplex cutoff.
