ACME Single Facer Corrugating Machinery
ACME Single Facer Corrugating Machinery enhances the production of superior quality corrugated sheets or rolls in a faster & cost economic manner. A motorized loading reel stand is attached with double arm lifting and twin unwinding shafts for paper reels. The hand wheels is also attached to the upper corrugating roll. ACME Single Facer With Two Profile Corrugating Machinery
Modern single facers have the ability to change flutes quickly. The fast process allows the plant to run at a faster pace with great simplicity and safety. The unique and advanced slide roll system, with corrugating rolls mounted on two sides of one frame, allows a complete roll changing in less than 30 minutes. Once the roll carriage is accurately placed, there is neither any need for further adjustment nor fine tuning is required. The rolls are removed and replaced automatically. Even when the rolls are hot, the roll change is safe and easy. The fullproof design of cartridge roll change can be accomplished without much technical input. It is specially designed to meet the customer's need without excessive downtime.

ACME Two Ply Combined Corrugating Machinery
While an ordinary corrugation machine has low production output, this heavy-duty corrugation machinery is equipped with four times capacity in production. This machinery has some well researched features to enhance the total efficiency. Here are some of the obvious factors that make this machine a preferred option-

• The corrugating machine is provided with steam shower and three pre-heaters for liner paper as well as fluted paper.
• The first flute roll is complied with springs on both end to have the fine adjustment.
• The gum tray has special geared motor on the gum roll that will continuously rotate the gum. This is done in order to keep the gum with proper viscosity.
• Water flow is available to keep the gum cool.
• The reel stand is provided with self-loading arrangement with twin unwinding shafts that is capable of taking the reel of 48" diameter.
• An overhead bridge with guide way will be going directly in rotary sheet cutter to cut into required size. This will not damage the flutes during the process.

Platen Punching Corrugating Machinery

Frame & platen used in this corrugating machine are of high tensile cast iron. The platen drive transmission is accomplished through a large oil reservoir to increase the heat dissipation. All parts of the press are pressure-lubricated. Lubrication is done automatically with a hand pump mechanism. The anti-friction bearing drives the platen. Two high-speed helical gears & by-reduction helical gears are meant for anti-friction effect. Each side of the platen can be adjusted independently of the other. Impression control is easy with specially designed double micrometer impression. Heavy-duty clutch & brake are placed for automatic stop. Back gear shaft, reduction gear shaft & connecting arms are mounted in P-Bronge bushings. This range of corrugating machinery is particularly suitable for Die-cutting, Scoring & creasing work, on paper, card board, corrugated card board etc. Compact design requires a minimum of floor space.
